2. Overview

Netzbereit is an app that guides families through the step to a child's first own smartphone. Protecting your data is important to us. This privacy policy informs you about which data is collected and how it is processed. The short answer: Netzbereit collects no personal data.

3. Local Data Storage

All data created in the app (e.g. learning progress, quiz results, a chosen name or a family agreement) is stored exclusively locally on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers or to third parties. We do not operate any servers for processing your personal data and have no access to the content on your device.

4. No Cloud Sync

Netzbereit does not sync any data to a cloud. There is no iCloud or backend connection; your data never leaves the device.

5. No Analytics, No Tracking, No Ads

The app and this website do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services. No crash-reporting service (e.g. Sentry) is used. No cookies are set. No user tracking takes place. This corresponds to the App Store privacy label 'Data Not Collected'.

5a. App Purchase

Netzbereit is a one-time purchase app with no in-app purchases and no subscription. The purchase and payment are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store; we receive no payment or contact details from you. The app can be shared via Apple Family Sharing.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Art. 16 GDPR - Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Art. 17 GDPR - Right to erasure of your data
• Art. 18 GDPR - Right to restriction of processing
• Art. 20 GDPR - Right to data portability

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control at all times. You can view and delete your data within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is:
